Chocolate Crepes : Usual Pancakes

The hour of Candlemas has struck! Here is a gourmet version of our usual pancakes



1/ In a bowl, include the flour, salt and sugar. Make a well within the middle and pour within the eggs gently beaten with a fork. Start to delicately join the flour with a wooden spoon. When the blend gets to be thick, include the cold drain small by small. When the planning is homogeneous, check that the batter is very liquidIn the event that, on the opposite, it appears as well thick, include a small milk.

2/ In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate and the butter, stir everything so that the chocolate is incorporated easily. Then add the chocolate-butter mixture to the crepe preparation and mix well!



3/ Finally, cook the pancakes in a hot pan. Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan, rotate to distribute the batter over the entire surface, place on the heat and cook for a minute on each side. The pancake is ready! Repeat this last step until the dough is used up.
