Here is the minute recipe for my homemade Nutella!

Recipe

Ingredients :

– 250g hazelnuts

– 10g of pure cocoa

– 150g cane sugar

– 150g chocolate (milk, dark… your choice)

– 20g of neutral oil (sunflower)

– milk

1. In a mixer or blender, mix the hazelnuts. This may take a few minutes.

2. After a few minutes, the hazelnuts will become moist. Add cocoa, sugar, oil and a pinch of salt. Mix everything.

3. Add the melted chocolate and mix again.

4. Add milk to your mixture, little by little to obtain the desired texture.

It’s ready !

Store your spread in a closed jar. You can leave it outside for 2 weeks and 1 month in a cool place.
